I’m living my dreams by doing what I love, surrounded by tiny hands who teach me possibly more than what I am teaching them. I am passionate about creating a fun and unique learning environment for each one of my students.

Mrs. Hanscome is the sweetest, kindest, most loving and caring teacher. Our daughter entered her classroom a caterpillar and throughout the year with the love and encouragement of Mrs. Hanscome, we watched her transform into the confident, established butterfly that she became. The true passion she shows for teaching and watching her kids learn has truly been the most remarkable experience.

She’s very communicative with parents which is really great for those experiencing their 1st time with their child out of their care. Our family is so happy to have had Mrs. Hanscome as our son’s 1st teacher! Mary was amazing with our social girl, but it was very evident that she was just as wonderful with her students who were more reserved. Mary truly cares about every child she teaches, which is why we think any child would be lucky to spend their days with her.
