The HOPP Hope Fund was created because a child's future should never be determined by a family's income. We exist to open doors for children to experience an environment intentionally designed for them, where they are free to wonder, create, and belong. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn and thrive in a community that believes in them.
The HOPP Hope Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created as an extension of everything House Of Parker stands for. Through the generosity of our community, we provide scholarships, educational opportunities, enrichment programs, and resources that help more children experience the kind of childhood HOPP was created to protect.
Our hope is simple: when finances stand between a child and an opportunity, our community can help open that door.

Sometimes families fall into the space between qualifying for assistance and being able to comfortably afford the opportunities they want for their children.
That's why the HOPP Hope Scholar program exists.
HOPP Hope Scholarships help families access House Of Parker programs when tuition or program costs would otherwise create a barrier. Assistance may be available for preschool tuition and other qualifying HOPP educational and enrichment programs.
2027–2028 Scholarship Applications
Applications for the following school year are reviewed each January.
Families interested in receiving tuition assistance should complete the HOPP Hope Scholar Application below. Applications are reviewed confidentially and with care.
Scholarship awards are based on both family need and the amount of funding available to The HOPP Hope Fund each year.
Submitting an application does not guarantee an award. Scholarships may provide full or partial tuition assistance, and the amount awarded may vary from family to family depending on available funding and the number of children The HOPP Hope Fund is able to support.
Families selected to receive assistance will be contacted after the January review process with their award information for the upcoming school year.
